Tell me, please, guidelines and standards (if any) for proper organization of patch cords in switch cabinets. Now we have in every cross of the order of 200 cables, cable management, nobody is familiar, it turns out a living hell. Google sorry no clue.

Thanks in advance.

To disable one-by-one, overwriting the port numbers at both ends, and then one by one plug back in, stacking neatly into the organizer. Every wardrobe will take a few hours. It is possible for date and voice to use patch cords of different colors — for clarity, is very convenient. Or for a different vlan-s in different colors — so it will be easier subsequently looking for need devices. All IMHO

The problem of "beard" on the cross usually occurs after repeated precommunicative patchcords when you need to do it quickly and time doesn't – in the end, after some time it turns a full scribe. One prekrasnyjj moment to put everything in order just need to ReWire again, at the same time the switching table of the cross will be :) And even though time will eat it quite a lot – the result is worth it. Color differentiation of patches, it is possible not only on the date and voice, 40+ unitool Cabinet 2 colors is not enough – you can make the division of the floors, odd/even, etc., on that fancy enough, the main thing is to document and to adhere to.
