Process monitoring: statistics by system calls

There are Nagios, which monitors more than a thousand services (in terms of Nagios).
those who know how this works, hung with plugins monitoring — there is a lot of system calls of type exec, and many others.
and anyway, the last time the sys was to go about 50% cpu (vs 15% earlier in the year).
I want to collect statistics on the system calls that consumed cpu time.
somewhere here showed similar utility.
