What Mat. the library knows that there was a search of the extremum of the simplex method with constraints (linear programming)? Language you can use any of the following: C, C++, Java, Python .NET languages...

For linear programming there is a package called COIN. You can download it here: www.coin-or.org/download.html. They are almost all professionals who are somehow connected with the solution of problems LP (such as packaging, transportation problem, etc.). However, to understand it is not so easy initially. But then it's just a story =)
