Drupal website not working on hosting banned custom Options for .htaccess file

Hosting banned custom Options for .htaccess file the Drupal site stopped working.

Hoster says when trying to go to the site:

"For security reasons, we no longer allow custom Options for .htaccess file.

Just comment out the lines starting with Options, php_value or php_flag and your script will work without problem.."

You commented out but the flies theme. You can see it here cookingportal.org.ua
Please tell me how to fix it.

I understand that the home page is loaded, but other people tend to not. If so — then broken NC and you need to try them otmenit through the admin panel, config file, database... or that the toam for Drupal is used.
