What better tool on Mac to debug your scripts, which are sent POST requests (for GET and browser)?

Now I write a little jQuery to clear type
$.ajax({ type: "POST", url: "/add_something.php", dataType: 'json', data: {'id' : '1', 'foo' : 'bar'}, success: function(data) { console.log(data); } }); and run in FireBug.

I personally write $_REQUEST instead of $_POST and insert a test POST that DEBUG flag to get around.
But in General there are a lot of http sniffers that allow you to repeat the request. They probably do not have MAC write.

If properly understood, Paros Proxy, it is written in Java so it works everywhere
Configure the browser on the proxy, establish the interception of a query, see and edit.
