Strange output of htop. Explain?

htop displays strange statistics. The processes that take up almost no resources, launched without any command.

Explain, please, what could it be?

judging by such a low pid-am, and clarify what is linux these "process" — "daemons/kernel threads".
type ps-ef | sort-kn2 to sort by pid-am, and see whether there are names in these processes :-)

if there is, in htop, press F2 and smoke tab Display options
