There is an online store which sends 1-2 emails a minute (thanks for ordering, your order is fulfilled, etc.).
Customers with boxes @rambler.ru @yandex.ru (and only with them!) constantly complaining that the letter they never came. Moreover, some comes and some don't. If not reached — mails in the "spam" no.
Server is Debian 5 Lenny, as the STMP server is: exim4.
sudo grep rambler.ru /var/log/exim4/mainlog
It gives a long list of such errors:

What could be wrong? Rambler banned my IP (why some letters reaching)? Or is it something else?
