Is it possible to export from sent to website forms to an existing Excel or Google Spreadsheet file (template)? Saw several ways of creating file on the fly, but the situation is that the file is too complicated to create it with php.

Or, maybe there is other programs/services for creation of spreadsheets, in addition to vysheupomjanutye, which will be easier to export? Never had Affairs with office software.

In one, quite special, I used a bunch of PHP + CLI + Excel for such work. Of course, this requires the installation of MS Office on the server, but in principle it is possible and works.

Once upon a time there was a class BiffWriter, which could generate fairly simple ekselen files.
But he was paid, did not know how to merge cells and stain them, and in OpenOffice had problems with Russian encoding.
Don't know how things are now, but perhaps it is something you will help.
