I want to open an account at the firm, VTB24 and use their Internet Bank. While studying the materials on their website I noticed that the site is loaded through time, especially during business hours. Checked on different providers.
Did someone else with this problem? If they have Internet banking also starts using again, will find another Bank — so it is impossible to work.
