Authentication in apache via ip or password

There is some internal structure at the moment hard-coding (at the level of Apache) that access to it only from certain ip.

Sometimes you need to go into it with the ip which are not trusted.

Is it possible for apache to make a condition that if the ip is not trusted, you will be prompted for username/password?

Well or how to organize a bundle's easiest?
