Recompilation of the project and redeploy in the amount of takes almost 10 minutes. This situation is not happy. Vaguely heard that there was some sort of lotion, which makes it very fast: apparently, precompiled and redeploy only the changed part of the project. Can anybody tell, what is it?

As a collector uses a Maven application server — JBoss.

I can not in cash, but that's why I broke up with Java EE
Now like Play framework, but it refers to the already written projects

Generally there are two rumors on this subject:
1. The IDEA, as I understand it, deplot only the changed fragments of the project. What exactly and under what conditions I will not say, recently moved to JEE.
2. They say that you can create a partition in memory for machine razrabotchika.

For hot-reloading and quick redeploy, well-proven Eclipse Compiler for Java (doc).
