Win7 does not support ID3 tags version 2.4, the latest supported version is 2.3.
If you resave the tags in version 2.3 — has yet to emerge.

In my experience, to edit the tags of mp3, flac, ape under windows optimal Tagscanner, Mp3tag, and iTunes in a pinch.
