Tell me a cozy library with free wi-fi in Moscow

Writing from the RSL. Issued a library card for 100 rubles, valid for 5 years. Wi-fi is great (the 2nd reading room on the third floor). The atmosphere is wonderful. Only made in the closet to take a backpack. Had to put all the contents in the package. In fact, everything is go with the bags — so don't get fooled.
