Don't know if there is something similar in nature, so ask. Priority browsers — Opera Mini and the standard for iOS.

I would like to the following features (in descending order of priority):

1. Event handling, something like onTap (touch screen), onSlide (move your finger across the screen coord. X and y), onZoomIn and onZoomOut (pinch and pinch);

2. Correct definition of the browser and platform (I think we can do without specific versions);

3. Simple animation effects, appearance and disappearance, change of position;

4. The ability to easily modify the CSS properties of the object.

If such a thing exists, please give me a link. If such a thing exists and someone with this have worked, describe feelings :)

I only know SENCO: www.sencha.com/products/touch. Very heavy but works well on idevice. In Opera, not tested, hardly under it all there's something.

What's the difference, if mobile screen at least 800*600? In Android, the IOS is JS in browsers.
Is there a site determine the performance of the JS, it is possible to assess the suitability of this hardware for JS.
For example, this: www.smashcat.org/av/canvas_test/
