Access server guest OSes from the host OS

There is Ubuntu, which VMWare is installed. Inside the virtual machine turns Windows 7 and, say, IIS to test the site. Need of a host OS (Ubuntu) to see a site that revolves inside the client OS.

And what's the problem?

And no matter what network, bridged, nat or host-only. Directly from the virtualization server (your Ubuntu in this case) always have network access to the guest.
