This:
— access point Linksys WRT54GL;
— a computer with a large disk (in the project)
system on a dedicated computer, Linux. Preferably, as needed, and for other purposes
— all home computers under Windows (XP & 7)
Required — arrange on a dedicated computer shared file server that can connect as a network drive from any computer in the apartment (but not outside :)
How can this be done? What software to put on the file server? How to configure the access point and can I configure this device for such purposes? An attempt to reach out from one computer to another inside your home grid now fails. Maybe something wrong configured (kettle) in the access point, and perhaps she does not allow this.
To connect a routine to the apartment network cable first to the computer, and after it to put Wi-Fi access point (or to distribute directly with this computer) is not desirable. The computer may be switched off in Avtonom for tests and just off, and I have the clock enabled.
