What software and for what PL do You use to detect memory leaks?

Informed analysis exists FOR detecting memory leaks, in my opinion was the best Deleaker for MSVC VC++.

But the last version was 2006 and was not renewed. You have to look for alternatives.

Why do you think it best? Because during debugging only it has a convenient interface and a following features:

And it is not necessary to scour the console dump a million rows.

Here is the video how to use Deleaker.

Valgring. He is not only the memory leaks it finds, but a lot of other issues, like references to neprognoziruemami variables. But it is *nix only.

Was in the project (.NET) the problem with leaks — I used Redgate ANTS Memory Profiler. In another project (also .NET) to search for the reasons for the sagging performance enjoyed by their ANTS Performance Profiler. Both Tul exceedingly happy.

Deleaker has been updated, now works with new versions of Studio, and the interface became better.
