With Beeline here's a recent story. Came chameleon messages, accidental pressing, of course, was paid the money, joined regular services. In addition, repeatedly connected on both free and paid services promotions.
1. Recruited 0611, go to the operator.
2. Find out the list of connected pay and free services (what services and when connected).
3. Without losing self-control, please disable all (or don't need, or something that was not ordered..), including subscription through a chameleon. The operator will disconnect the service myself or give short numbers for independent manipulation. Please TURN on "the REFUSAL of PROMOTIONS" (nice, huh?) — these are services that connect a subscriber without his knowledge and consent.
4. Please switch to... don't remember the name... the person who deals with claims. Politely demand to return the money that was deducted for chameleonesque requests and subscriptions (will return all but those subscriptions which are needed to send SMS to short number), to return the money charged for services that were connected on promotions (return all). Required to stop sending you for any messages of a commercial nature.
Nervo have spent 10-15 minutes.
The money was returned to the account.
Further nor any concrete... SMS spam can for a while to stop.
Chameleon may someactivity when switching phones.
Promotions you are not affected before the change of rate, then, most likely, it will be necessary again to call the operator.
The idea that my life is quite eventful and I don't want to waste time confusing promotions, rates, services... to monitor them, to get them off... I was not able to convey to the operator.
