Noticed an interesting thing in your torrent client. There is a local torrent tracker. Torrent public. Downloaded — seeding.

My client is disconnected all additional protocols like DHT and PEX. I.e. as a source of peers is only used for the tracker. The tracker is closed with vneski, i.e. foreign peers it can not be.

And with all this my list of peers downloading from me, some hands appear, these same left-wing peers (banana republics). Question: from where? Obviously, from other peers, but since DHT and PEX disabled, how?

Use qBittorrent, but this happening in uTorrent and probably in all others.

Make sure that in the properties of the distribution are spelled out your local tracker. Maybe it's just a MOP.
