Prompt system for obrashenii technical support. Need a small mini-system, no CRM-s. At this stage, it will use only a few people. In the future, perhaps it will work up to 15 people. Staff all remotely from each other (in different countries), so cloud sevrice welcome.

It is desirable that the system is easily put on the website and had a simple and understandable to the average user interface.

of pay kayako, cerberus, ubersmith, deskpro. They are quite simple for the ordinary, but still a lot different on the inside (probably still at an early stage) unnecessary things. I recommend kayako, the easiest and beautiful.
