Friends,

On Gmail come daily orders, all emails in the same format. Still Manager manually transfers all orders in the report in the end of the month. Tell me how to optimize the process of migrating to Excel a little blood.

Thanks in advance!

Enable "Offline Gmail" — this will install GoogleGears, and mail will be automatically saved on your local computer in a database format (like SQLite).
\r
And from that database to pull data pull data is quite simple. There is software that can from SQLite to make selections and export to Excel.

Did the following:
\r
1. Cling box in Microsoft Office Outlook via IMAP.
2. Plugged the box in Outlook as a data source in Access (he knows).
3. And Access to have at least Excel, no matter where :)
