Override read more template.php:
$variables['content']['links']['node']['#links']['node-readmore']['title'] = 'Next';

In the teaser (preview) of the article was displayed as it should, but now the whole article under the text (i.e. the bottom of the whole text) displays the string "Next".
How to make so that it are not displayed?

Can be override only when there is something already there. In your case, as I understand it, if there is no $variables['content']['links']['node']['#links']['node-readmore']['title'], it will be created with a value of 'Next'.

So drupal.org something like suggest. https://drupal.org/node/62005
