Mendeley: mark read/unread, add the ISBN (searching on it yet, still waiting, and asking) links on the web, attach (if you want to synchronize) files, add to catalog entries notes and tags, create folders for organization, assessment has, but binary — single star, quoting a multi-platform (Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS; Android seems to promise), and through the web. Actually, it's more of a cataloger, but just in case here is — look at the functions.
