Backup files (archiving)

Hello, tell me.
There is a base of files is about 350 GB, need their Agency backup, I use 7zip.
When the archive was up to 160 GB, we had no problems, now archive more than 160 GB, archiver makes the archive the first time normal, second time he hits him (not readable).

Used WinRar the problem arose when the archive file was larger than 130 GB, switched to 7zip and now the same problem. Decided to make a multivolume backup, now he writes after the first archive that the file was not found.

What advise, what to do, can somehow change the script. It is necessary that the archive was supplemented!

script:
set PATHTO=G:
set FILEBACKUPNAME=backup

7z.exe u-w%PATHTO% -v20g %PATHTO%\\%FILEBACKUPNAME% @listfiles.txt > %PATHTO%\\%FILEBACKUPNAME%.log

I use tar+gzip (under Win must also be version)
archives large volumes (several terabytes) and no problems.

And you just need Agence 350Гб bakapit? Or did all the files+changes in a day?
And in case you like cooking 7зип, he is perfectly able to do multi-volume.
Can try Cobian Backup, many uses, good work there, can just 7зип, and cutting and doing incremental/differential backup.

Stupid question, but the latest version of 7z, and most importantly, not a 32-bit system — maybe You ran into some non-obvious bug with the overflow?
