Is it possible somehow to place inside mp3 file the text labels (bookmarks) and go to them for the usual links?

For example, in the file < file1.mp3 > put on the 00:45 mark < label1 >, and then switch to it at the following link: httr://******.EN/file1.mp3#< label1 >.

Thank you.

This can be accomplished not in the file, and in the player.
Look here.
var startTime = 45; var audio = document.createElement('audio'); audio.preload = 'auto'; audio.autoplay = false; audio.src = '/path/to/song.mp3' document.body.appendChild(audio); audio.addEventListener('canplaythrough', function() { this.currentTime = startTime; this.play(); }, false);

Thank you, Anonym, will definitely try it. By the way, if your professional exchange of remarks with Nc_Soft to something here, please let them know in plain language. If there are still any ideas, happy to listen to them.

Let me explain what I want to do. There are a number of recorded lectures in audio and video formats (several hundred pieces). Recording cut academic hours, not thematically. There is a desire to create some wrapper or a page on the website where the user would be able see the plan of the lectures and click on the appropriate link, skip to the desired track (usually located somewhere in the middle of the file). And ideally also to do the same by searching for keywords and receiving a choice of several links to follow.
