Connecting Ubuntu 10.04 LTS to Ad-Hod Wi-Fi network in Windows 7

Hi all!

Have a laptop(Ubuntu + Windows 7), desktop(Windows 7) + wifi whistle from D-link.
On desktope created Wi-Fi Ad-Hoc network. Internet snooping on the Wi-Fi interface.

Under Windows, the laptop connects fine, Internet rummaged everything works approx.

Actually, the problem is that when connecting from Ubuntu to the network, periodically loses connection with the Internet (cliffs with a frequency of 2-3min.)
At the time of the open Ubuntu network manager shows that the connection is active, but ping is not. And in Windows 7 shows that there is podklyuchenii computers. Takes a couple of minutes and in 7-ke shows that there is a connection, and at this point in Ubuntu everything works. Again a couple of minutes and disconnect. And so constantly. I have the same glitches were on xp, on 7-ke was not. Solve could not find, spat and put on Windows dev and Debian (luckily he's only 32 MB of memory is necessary).
