Hi!

I want to have a constantly running skype client to synchronize history between the client from home and at work (customers here are turned off).

Is VDS on CentOS. Maybe there is some console client or daemon which could allow a synchronization of the stories?

Raise server-Xvnc or something like that inside and let skaypik. If necessary — will be able to access from anywhere, if not — it's just the demon will work. You can scriptout if desired.

You can still keep the story from time to time and throw in dropbox and from there to read. I have even program to preserve the history written.

you, of course, I'm sorry...
but here's my Skype history keeps all server-side.
also, I have it running simultaneously on two...
and all without any pain in the face of dropbox and other things.
