Need a ROM corny under Windows 7.

Leaning towards the Crucial RealSSD C300 64Gb drives or Intel X25-V 40Gb, the X25-E Extreme 64Gb.

OCZ SSD2-2VTXE60G — cheap and very fast.

Intel X25-M (SSDSA2MJ080G2C1) 80GB SSD — quite a good one.

I recommend the new Samsung, just recently, about them was an article in the Habre, prices are now more than acceptable.

If we are not talking about a laptop, then look at the SSD PCI-E interface: www.fcenter.ru/eshop.shtml?94626
The website of the manufacturer promises Write: Up to 450 MB/s
I do not use it, unfortunately. But would like to. :)

The first or the second, the third, if I'm not mistaken on the SLC and is five times more expensive than the first two.

I would recommend to wait for the SSD on the new SandForce SF-2000 that use the full extent of the SATA600 interface (aka SATA-III). If you want to buy right now, I suggest OCZ Vertex2.

Crucial RealSSD C300 is good, but the first batch was with unoptimized firmware, which in some cases give substantial sagging on operations with small blocks of files. On their website there seems to be new firmware, so it is better to flash before to put Windows.
Another disadvantage is the high price and issue with a purchase and, accordingly, with the further guarantee (as I understand it, officially this model is not sold in Russia).
The rest — considered to be the fastest SSD at the moment.
