You can configure Openbox itself for this purpose. To do this, open ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml and flipping to the bottom. Below describes the parameters of application tag — you can specify a specific application, a whole "family" or God knows what, to start Openbox set it up a certain way — on/off of the frame, placed on a specific desktop or all at once...
The problem arises if you need to run this app are not always the same way (on the same desktop) — then it seems to me just a magical crutch download OB one rc.xml start the programs in autostart and the substitution rc.xml samopisny on a normal script that starts in autostart last, followed refreshem OB. It's creepy, I hope you don't need it.
