User agreement, legal terms

Legally in any part, there must be a website that accepts payment, for example via SMS from A1Pay? Is it possible to accept payment just like physical person, listing at WM without the organization? In theory and in practice. And what are the conditions or agreement (as is customary in the footer in place) on the website have to pay in either case?

Subtlety: the site renders intermediary services, such as the exchange of freelancing, but the money takes.

If possible, detailed response, but time very few people have, so I'll at least be grateful for links on where to read specifically about this.

Thank you.

Theoretically and practically in our reality You can take even for a fictional character, but if You still want to have if that problems with fiscal and law enforcement agencies because of a negligent client, you need to take on any legal entity or entrepreneur. Just take for You as an individual without paying taxes is illegal business. So You should register as IE though, and IE to make user agreement of rendering of intermediary services (agent services).

Unfortunately the text of the agreement here, all is individual, so tell not taken is the case of lawyers and accountants.
