There is a problem with Windows 7 x64, and I am desperate to solve it.

Periodically during the downtime of the computer is turned on or during operation, i.e. without any regularity, stops responding on pressing the keyboard and mouse. When this software works, nothing freezes, the mouse moves. Meaning you cannot click any buttons, nothing to gain. As it turned out it to be treated using ctrl-alt-del and just go back. In promising the impression that on top of the desktop appears an invisible app.

Hundreds of hours gugleniya answer was given. I assume it starts some process, service, or something else on top of all Windows and accordingly does not give anything to press. Already AntiVir was uninstalled, turned off various services.

Please if you have the type of advice reinstall Windows somehow substantiate it.

Why reinstall? Looking for a left program that does that. Never encountered such in standard delivery of Windows 7 different editions.

Unfortunately, You yourself called out. The reinstallation will take less time than finding the problem. And it is recommended to put the official distrib. If no warez not do — put the official check his work during the trial period, and then independently apply warez.

Before you reinstall you can also try to boot the live CD and run it to make sure that the problem is not the iron character. Of course, what you described with Ctrl-Alt-Del iron the problem almost completely eliminates — but you never know?

Administrative tools — event Viewer. I usually get on there if the stuff begins to happen. Maybe you will find that interesting.
