How to get out of system (Win7) and at the same time to launch the screensaver with a hotkey?

create a desktop shortcut with the command, which was written by belk, the shortcut, assign a shortcut quick launch and voila!

I while stopped on the. bat file

Works really crooked. Shows the splash screen, and if you wiggle your mouse, then throws to first on a Desk and after a moment locks the system.

Than these options better combination of keys "win+l"? Screensaver still does not start.
