Found some of my old dial-up voice modem chip conexant. That is, the modem has two entrances, the line goes into the modem and from the modem already on the phone. As I understand it, it is possible to call through the computer? Tipo Skype to home phone calls. But the question is whether it really make call forwarding from the home mobile? Or am I talking nonsense? In any case, if there is a solution, then tell me. I'm under Ubuntu, the driver for the modem like there.

If it is true, and you can implement, but we need another cheap piece of metal (GSM Modem Huawei E1550 or similar enabled voice calls).
Raise IP PBX Asterisk. Custom two channel modem for the fixed line and GSM Modem Huawei E1550 how chan_datacard). The rules prescribe — all calls coming on the landline to pass at GSM number +7 XXX XXX XX XX.

Impossible.
For "redirect" is necessary so that a call came in and walked away, and the connection to the telephone network you have one.
If only the phone provider does not support hold, dialing the second number and the translation of it first call. Theoretically, you could simple write software to communicate with the modem via AT commands. Such services left. They now Play delusional Tripe.

Yes, via the modem from the computer, you can make phone and using FOR a particular call. Really don't like Skype, and full-fare telephone operator. However, forwarding can also be done by the same operator, majority digital telephone exchanges support this service.

If my memory serves me, on some PBX call forwarding can be activated by sending any tones. If they learn and programmed to send out, then maybe something will burn out. It is better for discussion forums to inquire.
