A VPS with CentOS and DirectAdmin. There tied to the main domain, for example mydomain.com

I want to move another website, for example mydomain2.combut how to check it is working before you change DNS records?

All attempts lead me or to the main domain or on an existing page, search on this issue did not help me too.

Faster is to temporarily modify the hosts file.
In Windows it is on c:\\Windows\\System32\\drivers\\etc\\hosts (only in recent versions of Windows, the etc folder is not visible, and to get to the folder you need to specify the path).
After opening this file the usual notepad'om will need to add to the end of the line
127.0.0.1 mydomain.com
replacing the 127.0.0.1 to the IP of your server.
With pictures can be found here: www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?/topic/20983-hosts-file-in-windows-7/
The location of the hosts file in the other description can be read on Wikipedia here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_%28file%29

In DirectAdmin, you can go to the website under the temporary access.
Use IP/~user to access the website until the domain is delegated.
\r
user — the name of the account you create in DirectAdmin
