Who faced a subject? In particular, spoil the configuration files. For example, instead of virtual servers in Apache, suddenly there is text garbage (clear text) mixed with krokozyabra.

Can this trouble lead to the fact that in the recovery mode (boot from Resque CD) one of the partitions on the disk included in the RAID 1 was pronounced separately as ext3, it fixed a few files and then booted from the RAID?

I had a similar problem because of memory defects.

You are to one screw from a RAID to change and then expect that everything will be fine?
What's stopping you to rule falucho on raid1 and not on the separate screw.
As the RAID needs to be taken to ensure that the screws should be all the same, and due to the fact that you climbed everything was different? From here probably and problems grow.

Changed files only on one drive and ask? Of course, Yes.
RAID1 reads from both sections in any order. If the information is not synchronized, then there are all sorts of glitches.
I had to boot with the pulled out disk and then separately to sync.
