Scanner MFP Epson TX119 scans white color as blue. Hardware problem?

Good day,

Had an unpleasant thing yesterday with my MFP. All the scanned images will get a strong blue tint. Also visible are vertical (in the direction of movement of the matrix) strip. Same thing when you use a mode copy — on sheet distorted picture, with a blue tint and slightly striped. A few days ago everything was OK, there was a clear color.

What could have happened? It seems that this is a hardware issue, am I right? Has anyone encountered such?

P. S. I would love to have addressed under warranty, but the problem is that neither the receipt nor the warranty card can not be found.

If printing is no problem, then the problem is most likely hardware lies somewhere in the scanner.

I have been on the EPSON TX106 — white was clear with a pink tinge. The problem was that it automatically updated the driver, who did not manage to configure to scan normally. Back to the old driver, firewall banned the update, was all OK.
If nothing happens, before taking in for repair, try connecting to another computer (the laptop).
