Had an unpleasant thing yesterday with my MFP. All the scanned images will get a strong blue tint. Also visible are vertical (in the direction of movement of the matrix) strip. Same thing when you use a mode copy — on sheet distorted picture, with a blue tint and slightly striped. A few days ago everything was OK, there was a clear color.
What could have happened? It seems that this is a hardware issue, am I right? Has anyone encountered such?
P. S. I would love to have addressed under warranty, but the problem is that neither the receipt nor the warranty card can not be found.
