What tools are there to help the coder for instant refreshing the page when saving code changes to the disk? This solution is particularly useful when using a second monitor open in the browser layout the page.

PS: there Was a mention on Habre, but I can't find any through the search for Habra or through Google (even with "site:habrahabr.ru")

I usually do this using firebug, especially if some of the fixes. There directly it is possible to edit html/css and the changes can be immediately seen on the page.

Try RJ TextEdit — a lot of Fitch for web design, including — instant display of html + php, block editing, macros, validation, etc.

Not very pretty, but way: you can install a plugin that updates the page with minimum spacing.
For Firefox, for example, fit ReloadEvery.

I for these purposes use the built-in editor Opera. I wish someone else wrote an extension to make it more usable and added features.

And I made myself a script for nnCron. You can easily customize to your editor and browser.
