Still tormented by the question whether to keep the swap file on the SSD drive or better to move it to a regular HDD.
( or to leave 4 mb of swap, and move the HDD to completely fit in the CACHE HDD )

Read a bunch of forums and everywhere it is :)

PS
In the system of 4 GB of RAM + HDD + SSD
Mainly used Visual Studio 2010, IIS, SQL...

Maybe try to completely disconnect and live so a couple of days? If the annoy is not, and leave. I disabled (though I have 8 gb RAM)

There probably will write the same :). Because of the speed of course is to leave it on faster media, but how it will affect the longevity of the device — the question. Like modern models of SSD have sufficient margin, but check for yourself I guess not everyone wants.

In fact, given typical pagefile reference patterns and the favorable performance characteristics SSDs have on those patterns, there are few files better than the pagefile to place on an SSD.

If you have the opportunity to buy more memory, is not it better to opt out of the swap?

In my opinion when you buy SSD screws, the question to increase the maximum memory should not be now dies in 4 GB worth 1700 rubles.
And I think if you use this set of programs will be more profitable to buy memory than SSD.
