Would like to know, is there a way to make cookies, which will be rummaged between the domains of the second level?

Ie not between subdomains of the same domain and between different domains.

You know, what is the evercookie and it uses LSO and flash storage for this. Is there a way to modify it so the cookie was torn apart between domains?

The normal way does not exist. And rightly so. If You want to authorize multiple domains at once, make a proxy script through which you are forwarding the visitor in turn.

you can use files p3p.xml and policy.xml to set the "privacy policy". And sending the appropriate P3P header along with the cookies. Example — top.mail.ru/w3c/p3p.xml, top.mail.ru/w3c/policy.xml
But not the fact that it will work in all browsers.
