Welcome!

Is the idea of an online service, the essence of which is the purchase/sale of content between users. The peculiarity lies in the fact that all payments will take place directly (buyer -> seller) and the chain (buyer -> service, receiving a percentage of the transaction -> seller). The question of taxation and form of legal entity of a startup. What are the options?

I would advise You to initially work as a PI, it will help You to enter into the intricacies of taxation, to understand more clearly what and how, and when the project will grow and turnover will be more, I think You will understand that it is the time when you need something more than SP.

PI "meets" their own property. So, if you go into a minus, then the bailiffs will take everything of value you have out of the house, but the minimum reporting requirements, pull yourself.

A OOO "responsible" only for its statutory Fund. But the reporting is decent, especially if to be VAT-nick — you need to be an accountant.

Suggest to advise on this issue of accounting forum (the same clerk.PY).

About org. forms — better UI, because your money after tax 6 or 15% and 16K/year in funds.
With withdraw money gemorno — not before every quarter, i.e., taxes low 6% + 9% dividends.

Don't know all the details of your circuit, BUT, the same Sapa to act "white" holds 13% personal income tax poluchasa for the donor site (residents of the Russian Federation — for physical persons). Imagine what the hell is going on in their accounting?

It all depends on the momentum. Initially, SP is sufficient, and if the turnover is good, at least until 100k. bourgeois, it is better somewhere on the Islands IMHO.

It would be good to write a business plan. When all the data is laid out on shelves is easier to determine the form of organization.
PS I am Sure, SP for start, then.
