C# — Delphi — volume Control in Windows

It took from the application to control the overall volume level of the system. The main language I use Delphi, climbed to Google. In the end, some example was found, but works correctly only under Win XP and below. The fact is that starting with Vista, each application has its own volume level, and therefore found the example allows you to control your volume when I just want a General level.

Now learn a little C#, and under .NET I think this should be easier. Well, actually the question — can anyone provide a working example either in C# or in Delphi?
