As a working resource, there are six workers.

I think to start with one-time orders for the repair of computers, installation of software(license. and SPO), network settings. Then start outsourcing.

1A) I would Like to know is there a demand for SPO?
1B) How to assure that this is free license(GPL, LGPL)?
1B) Can be problems when a test purchase with SPO?

Although this is marketing, but maybe someone has experience or ideas.
2) How to reach out to Directors of companies? Advertising in search engines, boating on firms, cold calls, or something else?

3) Your thoughts on "ambulance" and outsourcing.

The demand is there "Windows+opes+virus". And do not expect that they will agree on Ubuntu+openoffice, because "the toys will not go."
In General, think a hundred times, my advice to you. Better to enjoy the services of "incoming admin" from legal entities, attains some steady clients and stable income is guaranteed.

Try to negotiate with some large computer store, every computer was given a coupon for 1 free visit, for example. The alternative is just handing out these coupons at the computer stores. People for free cool underway.

Well, then just not to lose face.

Try to offer your services to computer stores without their own field of technical support, unless you mess up and to hide income, it would be beneficial to you and them. But, IMHO, how often people go to the store with TechnoProm, much depends on the city.

1)No
2)there is no Demand to convince anyone not necessary, and in General implementation in small firms can do, the main argument is that it is free and then legal.
3)If there is a competent lawyer will not arise.
4)don't know, but maybe they sometimes hang ads about the admins on the sites of works.
5)haven't seen one that would be good as if it was designed by me. Sadness, a little money in a small outsourcers, and large work only with the majors and everything is more or less fine.
