There is a AAC+ stream, thus obtained:
neroAacEnc -q 1 -cbr 65536 -if /dev/stdin of /dev/stdout
The problem is that the stream is in the mp4 container, and I need a clean aac+.
I haven't been able to find a way in real-time to remove the aac from the mp4 container =(
Maybe someone did it already?

I think you will help of ffmpeg or mp4box — depending on who of them will be able to work with stdin.
