And if you copy this curve the text in the input fields of the other sites or programs, it is inserted normally. I can't understand it. Can anyone explain?

In what browser this mess so displayed? On the Twitter website UTF-8 encoding and uses fonts Lucida Grande and sans-serif.

As a Supplement:
— The text in the input fields when printing is displayed abnormally;
— The tape itself is displayed normally;
— If you select a tweet and start to read replies and stuff, then again, normal is displayed.

The answer to the question was found. Blame the font Helvetica Neue and I don't know how, let it be word processor Windows 7, which is not correct Cyrillic.
