Installed request-tracker-3.8.8 from debian-backports on a machine with debian lenny (apache2, mod-fcgid, postgresql-8.4.7). Everything was installed successfully, sign in RT is carried out, a menu you can walk around. However, if you try to start the application, a new user or change any user settings or queue crawl errors like "unable to load queue" or "couldn't load user" ". The problem, apparently, is not in the database. because I checked with Postgres 9.0, 8.4 and SQLite. The question is, where to look and what to dig. Below debug log.

I would be very grateful for your help.

In the log only the following:

[Thu Feb 17 10:34:44 2011] [debug]: SQL(0.000036 s): SELECT main.* FROM CustomFields main WHERE (main.Disabled = '0')

AND (main.LookupType = 'RT::User' OR main.LookupType = NULL) ORDER BY main.Name ASC; (/usr/share/request-tracker3.

On you road.
Don't forget to give the user access to the rt folder mason_data and session_data, or something like that. It there any cached items stores, if not can create falls with any heresy.
