RAID5 NAS and a DLNA server

Welcome!
Asking for help from knowledgeable comrades — want to buy a home NAS (network-attached storage with the functionality of the media server).

Criteria:
— DLNA (you need to correctly perceive and encode 1080p video, with subtitles, multiple tracks, etc.) is the most critical condition.
— Built-in client bit torrent
— iTunes server
— Two to four screws.
— Silent and economical
— Preferably cheaper — a maximum of$ 350 (preferably less).

Desirable:
— AMP (apache, mysql, php)
— FTP, DNS
Gigabit LAN

I want to buy a ready assembled device. Compagnie, convenient (hot plug is a plus), beautiful and economical. The option of "do it yourself" for me is not an option — one meter humming box on the floor — not Gud enough its two.
Such as, for example, NETGEAR ReadyNAS Ultra 4, but cheaper commercials in just 5.

Many thanks in advance!

but if raid is not critical, but all other requirements are urgent, what would you advise?
