Habr any cake — quality materials and a very professional community. Well, what I tell you. :) However, sometimes you want to read that in English, to plunge into another environment (where ICQ, Opera, FreeBSD, Nginx is not as well known.

Q: what sites are similar chabry in the English-speaking Internet? That is where and interesting articles on it topics and can be read with professionals to talk to. And maybe something to write.

I think only slashdot.orgbut it's not quite the same.
