Oh my zsh, phpstorm and fonts. What's wrong with them?

Put on ubuntu 16.04 zsh, oh-my-zsh. As the topics focused on powerlevel9k, but there emerged the problem with fonts. To solve it, put the whole pack of nerd-fonts, dance a bit with the theme setting in the terminal looks normal now:

In phpstorm that I did does not look at the same fonts, font sizes:

And for some reason is not showing unicode arrow symbol ➞.
Maybe someone was able to overcome it?

Faced with the same problem and found a solution!
Set of fonts for PowerLine. and in the settings choose PHPStorm
