sudo apt install xfce4 xfce4-goodies tightvncserver

Established, after asked for a password. Entered the password 4 times and wrote:

If I understand correctly, I somewhere messed up with the password.

Nakosyachili, but not with a password. X can't find the fixed font, which generally speaking is a must.

UPD: Oops, why do You have is missing /usr/share/fonts/X11? Amazing how do X work :)
