In new browsers you can specify all the vw and would be fine. Or in rem, and in media-queries to change the font size .
But what if I need my layout in one piece when I open it, for example, on the iphone 4.
Version of Safari it does not support vw and rem. You cannot bind a dimensions or to the width of the window or the font size of the root element.
What method can I use? How to set the basic sizes and dimensions for media-queries to make it adaptive?

.selector { font-size: 16px; /* fallback */ font-size: 1rem; }

Of course, you should write misencik for the preprocessor, which will be in pixels/Remy/viewporty to count. Or a plug-in for post-TSSS.
